**Def Leppard Announces the Launch of Their New Album Before the End of 2025, Featuring a Bold New Sound and Star Collaborations**

Rock icons Def Leppard have officially announced that they will be releasing a brand-new studio album before the end of 2025, marking another exciting chapter in the band’s legendary career. Known for their anthemic hits like “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” “Photograph,” and “Hysteria,” the band is set to deliver fresh music that blends their signature arena-rock style with modern influences and a few surprises along the way.

The announcement came during a live-streamed fan Q&A, where frontman Joe Elliott revealed that the album is already in the final stages of production. “We’re pushing boundaries with this one,” Elliott shared. “It still sounds like Def Leppard, but we’re not afraid to experiment and evolve.”

The album, which remains untitled for now, will be the band’s first full-length studio release since 2022’s *Diamond Star Halos*, which was met with critical acclaim and commercial success. This time, however, the band is upping the ante by collaborating with some of the biggest names in rock and pop music.

Among the most talked-about features is a powerful duet between Elliott and pop-rock superstar Pink. The track, described as “an emotional rock ballad with a modern twist,” has already been flagged as a potential chart-topper. Guitarist Phil Collen also hinted at a special collaboration with Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl on a hard-hitting track said to capture “the raw spirit of 80s rock and modern grunge.”

Longtime fans can also expect the band’s classic lineup—Elliott, Collen, Rick Savage, Rick Allen, and Vivian Campbell—to return to their roots with high-energy riffs, massive choruses, and deeply personal lyrics. According to Allen, the band’s drummer, this album is “a reflection of where we are now—still rocking, still passionate, and still hungry to create.”

Lyrically, the album will explore themes of perseverance, love, loss, and rebirth—topics the band has touched on before but now infused with a sense of maturity and perspective. “We’ve been through a lot, as people and as a band,” said Savage. “This album is a celebration of survival.”

The album is set to be released globally in November 2025, with pre-orders beginning this September. Fans can expect multiple formats, including vinyl editions, deluxe box sets, and a behind-the-scenes documentary detailing the making of the album.

To coincide with the release, Def Leppard will also launch a massive world tour starting in early 2026. The tour will include stops across North America, Europe, Australia, and South America, with some dates featuring co-headliners and surprise guests.

As one of the most enduring rock acts in music history, Def Leppard continues to evolve while remaining faithful to the sound that made them legends. With a new album on the horizon and fresh collaborations generating major buzz, 2025 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting years yet for the iconic British rockers.
