This ambitious initiative, dubbed the “Handshake Project,” seeks to address the urgent need for modernized church infrastructure and expanded ministry capabilities due to growing congregations and evolving community demands.
The project focuses on building state-of-the-art facilities designed to accommodate larger congregations while enhancing the functionality of existing structures. Wommack emphasized the importance of creating spaces that foster spiritual growth, community engagement, and modern technological needs. “Churches must adapt to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world while staying rooted in biblical truths,” he said during the project announcement.
The Handshake Project is set to include the construction of multipurpose auditoriums, updated classrooms for biblical education, and advanced media centers to facilitate global outreach. The initiative also plans to allocate funds for enhancing accessibility and sustainability, ensuring every church serves as an inclusive and environmentally friendly space.
This historic deal was made possible through partnerships with prominent donors, international ministries, and faith-based organizations.
